What is the manufacturing process for super duplex reducing flange?

ASTM A182 super duplex flanges are manufactured by the means of multi-stage steel making. It is also manufactured by using process route.

• By the means of electric arc, we melt scrap steel and added alloy.
• Then we transfer the molten steel into argon oxygen decarburization or AOD converter, where we perform the process of principle metallurgy.
• After this, from the molten steel, we remove the dissolved gases and the final composition fixed by adding key alloying elements.
• To modify inclusions, we then transform the steel to the ladle furnace. Now, we can cast the molten steel.
